Lambton OPP say the chain-reaction crash involving three tractor trailers took place as commercial traffic was stopped near the Bluewater Bridge just after 5:00 pm yesterday.
One person suffered minor injuries.
A 53-year-old Delhi trucker has been charged with careless driving.
