Both parties have been slapped with charges after a cyclist was hit by a car in Wallaceburg. 
The accident happened around 2 o’clock Sunday afternoon on McNaughton Avenue near Reaume.
Authorities say no one was hurt.
Both the driver, a 77-year-old woman, and the cyclist – an 18-year-old girl – were given a ticket and charged under the Highway Traffic Act.
