Charges have been laid following an incident in Chatham ER earlier this week.
Chatham-Kent Police were called to the emergency room at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Tuesday evening to help staff with a patient.
They tell us a 27 year old man of no fixed address threatened a nurse and then a security guard.
The man was charged with uttering threats, and assault. He was released with a June 8th court date.
