Charges have been laid against a Detroit boater following a crash on Lake St Clair.
Members of the Ontario Provincial Police along with Windsor-Essex EMS, Tecumseh Fire, and the Canadian Coast Guard responded after a vessel hit a break wall in Tecumseh shortly before midnight on Saturday.
There were eight people on board the boat, two of whom were taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Authorities say the operator of the 32-foot vessel, a 51-year-old man, has been charged with operation while impaired and operation causing bodily harm.
