Numerous charges have been laid following a counterfeit money investigation.
Chatham-Kent OPP were called to the westbound Dutton Service Centre on Thursday evening.
Officers were told the suspects had fled in a Buick, heading west on the 401 – the vehicle, which was believed to have been stolen, was found a short time later rolled into the ditch.
With the help of the OPP’s Canine Unit, three men and a woman were taken into custody.
Three people from the GTA have since been charged with numerous offences, including possession of cocaine, counterfeit money, and stolen property.
