Charges have now been filed against a Woodstock man connection with the accident that claimed the lives of a Blenheim couple.
71 year old John Thomas and his 68 year old wife Patricia were killed in the accident August 28th when their SUV collided with a truck on highway 2 near Woodstock.
A 27 year old Woodstock man has been charged with 2 counts of careless driving causing death.
