Charges have now been laid in connection to this week’s deadly crash near Tilbury. 
A 24-year-old Wyoming man was killed when his car was struck by another vehicle on Highway 2 early Tuesday morning.
Chatham-Kent Police now say a 22-year-old Chatham man, who was seriously hurt in the crash, has now been charged with criminal negligence causing death.
The accused has been released from custody with a November 1st court date.
