Impaired driving charges have been laid following a single-vehicle crash on New Year’s Day.
Emergency crews responded to Dawn Mills Road shortly after 4 o’clock Sunday morning and say the driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The 23-year-old Dresden man was later charged with having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit and operation while impaired by alcohol.
He’ll have to face the charges in court later this month.
