A Wallaceburg man has been arrested after a violent confrontation.
Chatham-Kent Police responded to a Duncan Street home just before 8 o’clock Tuesday night and say a man and woman had been arguing when things turned physical and the man allegedly threw the woman to the ground and struck her.
The 36-year-old accused was arrested and is now facing two charges of assault. He was taken to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.
