The hunt continues for a suspect involved in a police chase just outside Chatham. 
Officers spotted a suspicious vehicle around 11 o’clock Saturday night, but after trying to speak with the driver police say the vehicle sped off.
Chatham-Kent Police gave chase, but authorities say the pursuit was called off over public safety concerns when the driver got onto the 401.
However, the person behind the wheel has been identified and an arrest warrant issued.
