A local church is once again looking for volunteers to help pay tribute to Canadians who served their country and gave the ultimate sacrifice.
Officials with Christ Church Chatham are organizing their annual vigil leading up to Remembrance Day next week.
Individuals, families, organizations, and businesses are invited to take part, standing guard at the Cenotaph in downtown Chatham for one hour.
The vigil will run from 9am to 7pm on Tuesday, November 10th and from 7am until 10am on the 11th leading up to the Remembrance Day service.
The church hall will be open as a warming station, providing drinks and food for those taking part.
