It’s the final push for the Chatham Goodfellows.
Today marks the start of the Street Sales portion of the annual No Child Without a Christmas campaign, with volunteers collecting donations and handing out the Goodfellows newspaper.
Last year’s Street Sales fundraiser brought in roughly $27,500 through cash and e-transfers.
During the 2022 campaign, the Chatham Goodfellows spent over $215,000 to support roughly 1600 families in need over the holidays.
Delivery of toy baskets takes place next Monday, and the food hampers go out on Tuesday.
