A joint effort helped local police bring a wanted man into custody.
Chatham-Kent Police were contacted by the Canadian Pacific Railway Police Sunday afternoon, saying that a man had been taken into custody on Colborne Street.
Local authorities say the accused was wanted on an outstanding DNA warrant. The 48-year-old was arrested, taken to police headquarters, and later released.
