59 year old Edward Arnold is facing drunk driving charges after an accident yesterday. Police were called to Colborne Street near Communication Road just outside Chatham in response to a two car crash. While speaking with Arnold police got the impression he’d been drinking. He failed breath tests at headquarters and has been charged and released. No one was injured and damages are estimated at 8 grand.
