A local man is facing charges after being pulled over in the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex.
According to Middlesex OPP, an officer on general patrol spotted a suspicious vehicle on Longwoods Road just after 1am on Sunday, August 3.
The driver, a 20-year-old from Chatham, was arrested and has since been charged with driving while impaired and driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.
The accused was released from custody and will be back to answer the charges in court later this month.
