A Chatham man is being treated for burns in a Hamilton hospital following a terrifying farming accident.
Chatham-Kent Police say the victim was trying to remove a pole from the ground with a tractor yesterday afternoon at a property on Grand Avenue East when the vehicle flipped on top of him and caught fire.
Authorities say once the man was freed, he was rushed to hospital in Chatham before being air-lifted to the burn unit in Hamilton.
The incident remains under investigation by the Chatham-Kent Police Traffic Management Unit.
