A Chatham man has been arrested following a single vehicle collision over the weekend.
Emergency crews responded to the scene in Chatham Township on Saturday and say the driver appeared to be intoxicated.
The 32-year-old was arrested and taken to police headquarters for tests.
He was charged with impaired driving and driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in his system. He’ll have to face the charges in court at a later date.
