Charges have been laid after an unwanted visitor was found at a Chatham building.
Chatham-Kent Police were contacted shortly after 11 o’clock Wednesday night about a man found lying in the doorway of a building on Queen Street.
Authorities say the man was asked to leave, but refused.
The 43-year-old was arrested for failing to leave a premises when directed. He was removed from the property and issued a Provincial Offences Notice for trespassing.
