Chatham Woman Bilked Out of Over $18,000

A costly mistake for a Chatham resident.

According to police, a woman received a call from someone claiming to be from Canada Border Patrol, and following their instructions, withdrew $18,500 from her bank account and deposited the money in a local Bitcoin machine.
