Chatham Woman Charged With Impaired Driving Causing Death

A 34-year-old Chatham woman is facing charges of Impaired Driving Causing Death connected to a fatal two-vehicle collision in Lakeshore on May 7th.
The OPP say the crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 7 7 and Lakeshore Road 310 involving two vehicles with a single occupant driver in each.
40-year-old Kamia Barry of Windsor died from injuries sustained in the collision.
A 34-year-old Chatham woman suffered non-life threatening injuries and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice Windsor on September 24.
She’s now facing charges of Impaired Driving causing Death, Operation while Impaired causing Death – Blood Alcohol Concentration 80 Plus and Criminal Negligence Causing Death.
