A two vehicle collision near London has claimed the life of a Chatham woman. 
A westbound Jeep collided with a northbound SUV at the intersection of Glendon Drive and Thames Road in Appin late Tuesday afternoon.
49-year-old Susan Bechard was a passenger in the SUV. The Chatham woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two other people were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Middlesex OPP say charges are pending.
