A Wallaceburg man charged with child luring spent more time behind bars this week.
On Wednesday night, just before 10:30, the Chatham-Kent Police officer spotted the man on Albert Street in Wallaceburg and say he was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.
The accused is under court orders not to associate with anyone under 18 years unless an adult was present and knew the charges, and he must not control any computer or device capable of accessing the internet.
Authorities say the man breached both conditions.
The 46-year-old is now facing two additional counts of failing to comply with an undertaking and was held in custody for a bail hearing.
