Child pornography charges have been laid against a Tilbury man.
Chatham-Kent Police launched an investigation a month ago following a complaint of child porn found on a cell phone.
The phone was finally accessed with a warrant by the Internet Child Exploitation Unit on September 14th, confirming images and videos that had been distributed on two separate dates.
The 33-year-old accused was arrested yesterday and charged with possession of child pornography and two counts of distribution. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
