Cindy Brewer Steps Down As Terry Fox Run Organizer

Longtime local Terry Fox Run organizer Cindy Brewer is leaving her post.
Brewer has led the Dresden community event for 25 years.
In her time at the helm, Dresden has become one of the brightest shining lights in the nation for the Terry Fox Run each year. Dresden has long been regarded as one of the top per capita fundraisers for the annual event, celebrating the life, memory and impact of Terry Fox while raising funds for cancer research.
Dresden’s event this year has raised more than $25,000 with funds still coming in.
Megan Robinson will take over for Brewer as the lead organizer of the 2021 Dresden Terry Fox Run.
