The numbers have been tallied and organizers of the 2nd annual CK Classic golf tournament are hailing their event a success.
The August 6th tournament raised over $21,000 for a pair of local charities.
$11,810 has been earmarked for the Blenheim Youth Centre to make yard improvements and buy new computers.
$10,000 is going to support ROCK Missions and its new outreach programs in Blenheim and Ridgetown.
144 golfers took part in the event at Willow Ridge Golf and Country Club.
Organizers are now making plans for the 2023 tournament, and are accepting applications from local charities to be next year’s recipients.
