
A local man is facing charges in connection with an ongoing voyeurism investigation that spans Chatham-Kent, Windsor and London.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said 33-year-old Brent Konecny of Chatham-Kent was arrested on October 15 and charged with voyeurism, committing an indecent act, and criminal harassment.
While authorities have not released any details about the man’s alleged offences, police allege he may have targeted additional victims across southwestern Ontario, primarily in retail stores in the Chatham-Kent, Windsor, and London areas. It’s also alleged that he may have used recording devices.
Investigators are actively working to determine if there are more unreported incidents and to identify and support those affected.
Police said further charges may be forthcoming.
