Chatham-Kent OPP arrested a London man they say went the wrong way on the 401 in an effort to get away.
Tuesday afternoon they got a call about a person driving erratically on the highway and speeding through Tilbury.
They say the 19 year old man even went Eastbound in the Westbound lanes to get away.
Officers eventually deployed the spike strip on County Road 42 in Lakeshore.
The suspect fled but they called in the Canine unit and made the arrest.
He has been charged with dangerous driving, mischief, and 2 counts of fleeing police.
He has an April 18th court date.
