The incidents took place just after Chatham’s Santa Claus parade.
The first happened overnight on Friday on Eugenie Street when thieves broke into a shed and stole a humidifier, a dehumidifier and Christmas lights.
The second happened just after the parade on Edgar Street.
When the owners returned from the parade, they found their home had been broken into and about $700 worth of electronics were missing.
