On Monday afternoon a woman was walking along Jeffrey Street between 3-4 pm when 2 men in a burgundy van stopped and asked her for directions, then asked for her phone number, and offered her money to speak with them.
She refused and kept walking.
They did not exit the van.
The driver was wearing an orange shirt, and the passenger a black tee shirt.
They are described as non white and spoke with an accent.
