CKHA Hires New Surgical Physicians

Chatham-Kent’s hospital is welcoming two new physicians to its general surgery department.

The Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) has hired Dr. Samantha Albacete and Dr. Eileen Bui to provide a full scope of general surgical practice and will also support CKHA’s breast cancer program.

Dr. Albacete holds a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University and a Doctor of Medicine from McMaster University’s Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine. She also completed a five-year General Surgery Residency at the University of Alberta.

Dr. Bui completed her Bachelor of Science at McGill University and her Doctor of Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She graduated from General Surgery Residency at the University of Tennessee before returning to Canada to attend McMaster University for the Advanced GI Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship program.

Both physicians are now operating clinics in Chatham and are accepting referrals.
