Local hospital officials are looking for area residents’ thoughts as they plan for the next five years.

A series of public meetings is being held to help inform the strategic planning process at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.

The informal drop in sessions are being held at libraries across Chatham-Kent over the next week, including Thamesville on Wednesday, Chatham on Thursday, and Wallaceburg next Tuesday.

“The best healthcare plans are created in partnership with the community we serve,” said Adam Topp, CKHA President and CEO in a news release. “These engagement sessions are a crucial opportunity for us to listen and learn directly from our community.”

The new strategic plan will guide CKHA’s priorities and decision-making beginning this year and into 2030.
