A celebration of local and international films and filmmakers is returning to Chatham-Kent.
The 8th annual Chatham-Kent International Film Festival kicks off at the Chatham Cultural Centre on Friday.
This year’s festival includes the work of local film makers from Chatham-Kent, London, and Windsor, as well as international films produced in China, Palestine, Iran, Italy, Mexica, Poland, South Korea, and more. Screenings will be shown in both the Kiwanis Theatre and Studio One throughout the weekend.
The Chatham-Kent Youth Film Awards will be handed out Saturday morning, with full festival awards wrapping up the three-day event on Sunday evening.
