Closing The Door On Open Houses

With many businesses across the province changing the way they do business, you can add realtors to that list.

A memo from the Ontario Real Estate Association has asked agents to cancel all open houses.

Instead agents are being encouraged to go with technology as a way of showing houses, with virtual home tours, and video conference calls.

It’s all part of the plan after the Premier designated a state of emergency.
