Applications are now being accepted for funding through the Chatham-Kent Community Foundation. 
In 2019, 37 groups shared in more than $450,000 funding through the foundation and its partnership with South Kent Wind, including the Wallaceburg and District Museum, Canadian Cancer Society, and the Dresden Rotary Club.
“South Kent Wind is a proud community partner and we are committed to doing our part to help build a strong and vibrant Chatham-Kent,” Kevin Aikenhead, South Kent Wind’s Facility Manager says. “Being able to give a little back helps local charitable organizations and community groups deliver services and programs that residents in our region can count on every day.”
The deadline for the spring round of funding is March 31, the application can be found on the Community Foundation’s website.
