Charges have been laid after a man was found inside the unfinished condo project in downtown Chatham.
Officers were doing a routine check of the 5th Street bridge and apartment construction sites early this morning when they heard a noise coming from inside the building.
A 21-year-old was arrested and charged with trespassing.
Police say an extensive search found no other unwanted residents, and it seems there was no damage done.
