Monte McNaughton got an earful from Dresden residents this week, and a better sense of what people are talking about in the community.
The Lambton-Kent-Middlesex MPP stopped by Burns Bakery and Park Place Residence Thursday, and says people weren’t shy about sharing.
“I heard three major concerns that people have: the growing cost of electricity bills, the water well issue which is top of mind for the majority of people in the area, and then concerns regarding jobs and the economy,” McNaughton says. “I always like going out to meet people, I believe the best ideas coming from home.”
McNaughton will take those issues back to Toronto with him when the legislature returns September 11th.
