Chatham-Kent Police continue to investigate a transport collision in Tilbury.
Emergency crews responded to King and Whittle Road shortly after 9:30 Tuesday morning and say the driver of a truck carrying corn lost control. The vehicle left the road and landed on its side in a ditch.
The driver, a 65-year-old man, suffered non-life threatening head and shoulder injuries and was taken to hospital.
There’s no word yet on whether charges will be laid.
