A man seen cycling out of a Dover Township cornfield caught the eye of a passing police officer overnight.
The man initially gave police a fake name, but authorities say once his true identity was confirmed, they learned the accused was breaching his court-ordered curfew.
The 24-year-old allegedly tried to pull away from officers, but was taken into custody. A search turned up crowbars, wrenches, and other tools commonly used in break-ins.
The man has since been charged with breaching conditions, obstructing police, resisting arrest, possession of break and enter tools, and Highway Traffic Act offences. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
