Chatham-Kent council will meet up online tonight, with planning approvals making up the bulk of their agenda.

Among the planning issues council will tackle tonight, include taking a look at approving zoning bylaw amendments for a Blenheim housing development, as well as looking at the plans for the development of a proposed four-storey mixed-use commercial/residential building in Tilbury and a four-unit rowhouse on Park Avenue in Chatham.

Council will also look to approve a tender worth $8.2 million for hot mix asphalt resurfacing across the municipality, as well as approving various tenders for grass-cutting services for Chatham-Kent properties.
