
A Chatham couple are facing charges after a knife was pulled during a fight.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to a disturbance at a Chatham home on Monday shortly before 8:30 p.m.
Authorities said two people had been physically fighting when one threatened the other with a knife.
As a result, a 24-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman, both from Chatham, have both been charged with assault and assault with a weapon.
The man was released with a future court date, while the woman was held in custody for a bail hearing.
