COVID Cases Jump in CK

There’s been another increase in local COVID cases.

No updates were issued yesterday because of Remembrance Day. Since the last report on Wednesday, public health says 13 new infections have been confirmed. With seven cases resolved, there are now 52 active cases of the virus in Chatham-Kent.

Two COVID patients are still being treated at the Health Alliance.

There are still two active outbreaks – five linked cases at an unidentified workplace and three at Chatham Christian High School.
