A Leamington man is facing charges following a single-vehicle crash in Lakeshore.
The Ontario Provincial Police said officers responded to South Middle Road near Rochester Townline Road at around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday after a vehicle crashed into a ditch.
The driver was arrested at the scene.
A 21-year-old Leamington man is now charged with impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. He was also issued a 90-day driver’s licence suspension, and his vehicle will be impounded for seven days.
The accused will answer the charges in court next month.
