21-year-old Trevor Wintjes was killed when the cargo van he was driving collided with an oncoming pickup truck around 6 o’clock Tuesday evening.
According to the OPP, the van was heading north over the Thames River Bridge when the crash happened, sending the vehicle into the ditch.
The driver of the pickup truck wasn’t physically hurt.
