Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in identifying a thief. 
The Parks and Recreation utility shed at Memorial Park in Tilbury has been the target of two break and enters recently.
Crime Stoppers says in both cases, tools were stolen and extensive damage was done to the building.
