Police say they attempted to stop a pair of men riding bikes near Bridal Path around 8am Wednesday.
Not normally a problem, but their faces were covered and one was carrying a large backpack.
The two fled but police managed to stop one of them at Queen and Murray.
A small bag of crystal meth was recovered.
The man, who has no fixed address, is charged with drug possession, resisting arrest and failing to comply with his release conditions.
