2 C. nuts
1 C. pitted dates
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. coconut
2 flax eggs
1 ½ C. coconut (topping)
Preheat oven 350°. Grind nuts and dates. Add brown sugar, coconut and flax eggs. Mix well. Drop by teaspoons into the 1 ½ cups coconut. Shape into balls. Bake 350° for 15 minutes.
