1/2 Tin Chick Peas
1/2 Cup Kalmatta Olives (Pitted)
100 grams Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Continental Parsley
1 Fresh Lemon
1 red onion (optional)
2 Teaspoons Cracked Pepper
rinse and drain chick peas from can and place into a mixing bowl.
Cut olives, tomatoes and parsley and add into mixing bowl, then squeeze the other half of the lemon into salad mix.
Distribute salad mix onto two seperate plates and then remove salmon from pan and place next to salad.
