- 1 can each drained AND RINCED
green, wax, red, kidney and garbanzo beans (chick peas) - 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 large purple-red onion, diced
- 1 avacado cut in smal pieces (squares)
- 1 can of corn kernals
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup salad oil
- ½ cup white vinegar
Drain vegetables as well as possible. Mix all together and marinate overnight.
