2 (3 oz) pkg Philadelphia cream cheese, softened- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp minced parsley
- 1 tsp horseradish
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
Mix well all above ingredients together in bowl; refrigerate. Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables (e.g. cauliflower, Broccoli, Celery, Carrots, Mushrooms, green peppers, cucumbers). Yummie!
