Delynn’s Salmon

What you will need:

One large Filet of Salmon

½ cup Dijon mustard

1 cup Butter or Margerine

2 table spoons Honey

Walnuts (chopped)

Bread crumbs

Parsley

Salt and pepper

Instructions:

 Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. On a Large cookie sheet place the Salmon Filet skin down.  Melt butter, mix with Dijon mustard and honey  and pour evenly across salmon.  Top with bread crumbs, chopped walnuts and parsley then salt and pepper to taste.  Place in oven for 40-50 or until salmon is cooked thoroughly.
